Perfect for my intended use
Light but easily strong enough to hold my full weight when rolling my back. I keep the inner roller in the centre when rolling my back as that gives a firm roll but still with a little bit of give, which is far more comfortable compared to some other rollers I've tried that were more of a plastic tube with hard rubber around the outside.

This was great for mfr on my legs, really helped ease out the muscles. It's a bit hard but they do state that in the product description, but overall really great tool.

The pain, THE PAIN!
Perfect lightweight foam roller. I use it on my quads. My god it's painful, but it does the job. The mini roller inside is handy as my 2yr old toddler wants to copy Daddy, so I let her use the mini one alongside me.
