Pleasant Surprise
I got this laptop second hand off here. It was advertised as having a 6th Gen Intel Core i7 processor but... turns out it had a 7th Gen Intel Core i7 instead. That was nice. Also, even though this isn't a gaming PC by today's standards, it did have a 2GB dedicates nvidia graphics card built in. Couldn't tell because the laptop had a skin on it. But found out when I started it up. SSD makes this the quickest starting PC I've ever owned.I use it for light gaming, light sound and video editing. Nothing too taxing.But I did notice the slight step down from using a 1080p resolution panel on my 17inch HP envy to this 14inch 720p one. But solid build.

Great Customer Service
When the laptop arrived there was no residual charge on the battery. When I plugged in the adapter there was an error message that the adapter wasn't recognized & battery would not charge. I contacted the seller & they immediately sent a replacement. Neither laptop had a touch screen (but I didn't care).

The laptop is not working. It's old
The screen is clean somehow the buttons are just shaky. Yes it is refurbished but not done properly. I am highly disappointed and need my money back. I just started using the laptop a week ago and now it just stop working. The screen is running up and down all over the place and I cannot get it to turn off.

Not as expected
It says has an 8gb ram but works like 4gb.Keys have to be pressed hard or you miss letters when typing.Screen zooms in and out when using the touchpad.Seller doesn't bother to respond.
