No, We have NOT test fit this lift kit on the 2013 Kia Sorento.

Q: Is this enough height that I'll have to get my camber adjusted?

hi. yes. had my camber adjusted to it's limit. you should know too thay the ride harshed up a lot. one thing good though is i don't bottom out my rear suspension now.

Q: Is there a video availabe showing instalation?

I didn't find a video but it's a super easy install you're just removing your front shocks and adding a spacer on the top for the front and the backs even easier. Took me about 3-4 hours figuring everything out. The book they provide break the install down step by step
