You can’t ask more for this kind of money. Strong performance for surfing the net, working with office software, even for some light design. Out of the box I used this PC for a video wall, using a Samsung 50 inch 4K TV as a monitor, and connected to 3 XVR with a total of 24 cameras. This particular unit came with internal Wi-Fi and bluetooth card (not always the case) and an USB Wi-Fi dongle and an USB Bluetooth USB dongle. Cosmetically was almost perfect, just a little scratch on the bottom of the case. If you are on the market for a home office PC or for a PC for school homework, this is the way to go. Business PCs are made with better quality components so they run better and last longer.

Great little computer for the price. I bought this as a web surfer and writing machine in a tiny package and works quite well. I noticed mixed reviews and I see quality of the refurbish depends on the seller at the time. The one I got from IT SOURCE 365 is quite nice. Came with a better cpu than advertised, actual dual channel ram instead of single stick, and was spotless on the inside. My only complaint (this is a personal preference) is while I like having the wireless/bluetooth internal instead of a usb stick is the antenna they used has a long wire sticking out of the back of the machine, and is non detachable. I replaced this with a more traditional set. Don't know how well windows performs on it as I wiped it and installed chrome os flex.

Tossed box in my truck and drove to my cabin 700 miles away before I had a chance to test it.First I heard something rattling around inside chassis, opened cover and dumped out two loose screws. Dont know where they came from. Machine wouldn't boot, had 3-long and 4-short beep error code. Researched bep codes, two common causes - power supply and CMOS Battery were common resolution to problem. Fortunately I had an HP laptop witj power supply matching recommended 5A 19V rating and correct plug. That solved the no video only beeps at boot. The supplied 19V 2A supply is totally inadequate for this machine. Now I have to get a new supply.Opened machine and replaced CR2032 battery under SSD tray, and cleaned large amounts of dust from CPU Heatsink and both fans. Machine finally booted with video working and i was able to activate windows 10.I wonder what they did to refurbish the machine besides reimaging the SSD, with all the loose hardware, dust, dead battery, and wrong supply there are things they missed. I'd buy another IF it was actually truly refurbished and included coreect supply.

overall a good computer, only down side is that it did NOT come with a VGA port as advertised. over came that issue though....

The media could not be loaded. After one week of waiting for this hp elitedesk will not power on it makes a beeping noise and power button keeps blinking. You need to check your products before selling.

This desktop works as described and has a lot of features.
