Skullduggery Eyewitness Kit Dinoworks Tyrannosaurus Rex Skeleton Casting Kit

This was a fun toy for my son. He really enjoyed "digging" up the dinosaur bones and then being able to assemble them/ put them together and paint them. Of course the T-Rex was his favorite out of the selection!! The dino bones are very sturdy and we really enjoyed burying them just to be "pretend explorers" and dig them up again. Great fun, great experience, great education factor!!

Again my son was very happy with this Christmas gift he absolutely loved this item. I was pleased with the item as well. It came long before it said and came in great condition and I didnt have to go out in the cold or in the Christmas crowd so I was one happy mom with one happy son!!

I bought this for my 4 year old because he loves dinosaures.......the directions were quite easy and there was just enough of the plaster mixture to make one complete set of bones. I think that the impressions are very sophisticated and the mold itself is high quality. For dino lovers, there so many other things you can do with these molds (make chocolate, play-doh).....but we love it for it's intended use: Making them into magnets. It's a great little project you can do over and over again........The paint pots that come with it are adequate and a separate gloss medium is a very thoughtful item to put into this kit. The little booklet of dino info is simple but also just as adequate. I bought this kid for around [......] and i think it was well worth it.

Do not order this. The picture on the package is deceiving. It is not a three-dimensional model. The pieces don't fit together as the picture suggests. There is nothing to build. This "model" is just a bunch of bones. They give you a magnetic strip that you are supposed to cut into piece and glue into the back of each dinosaur bone. They should have advertised this as little dinosaur bone magnets that you can stick on your refrigerator.

We did a mock dinosaur dig with these in our Girl Scout troop. We made sure we had enough for all the girls to have their own dinosaur to take home. We buried the bones in sand and the girls dug for them with paint brushes. They weren’t sure there was anything buried at first. But when the first bone was discovered, they were so excited. They put their bones together and mounted their bones on hard cardboard. I even had one girl ask me where I got the mold so she could do a project for the science fair in school.

I purchased this for my daughter when she was in the second grade and she had to do a dinosaur project. She used this TRex as her visual. She had a lot of fun making the bones and painting them! The finished product looked great and she got so many compliments from the kids in her class! I would recommend purchasing this.

I got this as a gift for my nephew who is very much in o dinosaurs. He loved it and couldn't wait to show me what he had done.
