Jamun, what can I say?
Not a delightful flavor. If taken properly it's 1 TSP to one full glass of water on an empty stomach. Basically cleans out your system. It may cause some stomach upset. Product is not easy to find in most grocery stores, if you can find it at all. Or if you've even heard of it before it was recommended to you. But it's recommended for diabetics or those just below that diagnosis as a way of managing glucose levels. The product arrived fast and there were no issues with packaging, etc.
