When I was a baby I suffered from colic. At that time there wasn't an abundance of pharmaceuticals available for infants with acida. My mother was told to make a very weak, fennel tea and give it to me in an eyedropper and it worked. Now we call it "herbal medicine" but it's been around for a very long time.As an adult, I went down the Pepsid, Tums, Rolaides trail and really didn't want to be putting more chemicals in my body (we get enough just walking around the planet).We're encouraged to "drink more water." Personally, plain water makes me want to gag - BUT if I put a few drops of this in my water it is not only a very good, refreshing beverage, it is also very good for you.

Add about a half dropper-full to about 2 ounces of water or other liquid and you'll get the perfect licorice taste. It's actually delicious! Chewing fennel seeds is boring, very crunchy, dry, and almost never ends You'll end-up swallowing a few times to get down all the remaining seed parts. Yuk! Choose liquid for speed and the much better absorption. Doctor videos on YouTube list the apparent great benefits to many areas of your system.

Taste a bit bitter but just drink with apple juice and you will be fine! Good quality.

It’s so expensive. I wish there was a more economical priced deal for maybe a larger amount. The way I use it 4-6 times a day 40 dollars doesn’t last. Or if they had an affiliate program that would be lovely. I am a certified lactation specialist and lactation educator and I recommend this brand to clients and students all the time when they are struggling with supply or babies with colic. It’s getting 4 stars because of the price.

This was purchased for sea motion sickness. It is a little rough under the tongue, but helped the nausea and allll that accompanies that awful 'wish I were dead' symptoms.
