Standout speaker stands
I'm using these for Q Acoustics 3010i speakers, which are 9 pounds, 5.9"W x 10"D x 10"H.Speakers held securely, even with rounded corners. Brackets simple to adjust.Quick assembly with clear instructions. Easy to slide through 12 ga speaker wire. Wire comes out and lays on top of base; I would have preferred a hole under the base. There's a slight wobble at the rubber/plastic connector piece, no matter how much I try to tighten, but I don't think it affects stability.I find the tempered, ~trapezoidal glass bases look classy, and the stands nice overall. If being used for surround speakers, measure to confirm your speakers at 33.6" high will clear your couch and sit at the right level for listening. They're part of my very first 5.1 system, and I'm extremely pleased with them. They look like they could cost much more.Five stars ***** all the way.

Easy to adjust. Nice and strong. Look great also.
Works great, speakers fit good. Nice build. Good deal for the price. Heavy and that’s a good thing as they’re holding $250.00 klipsh speakers. Definitely don’t want them falling over.

Pretty nice and reasonably priced speaker stands for surround speakers
I looked for some time for some kind of speaker stands that didn't look cheap but didn't cost a fortune and found these. They're built solidly and look fairly high end with the glass base and steel construction. I'm using them to hold a set of Sony surround speakers and they do so nicely.I like the fact that they are adjustable for the width of the speaker and have padding to keep the metal from contacting the speakers directly. There is also access for running the speaker cable inside the support to at least partially hide the cable. Assembly is required but it's easy and the allen wrench needed to assemble the pole to the base and the top to the pole is included. As far as stability goes, it's ok but if you have active pets or small children it could be a problem. We only have an older dog so we're ok with that. Of course, if someone bumps it to hard it will go down but unless it were bolted to the floor, that would be true of other stands as well. The height is -not- adjustable but it is suitable for placing behind an average couch or chair.Another point to consider is that if you have speakers that are shaped in any way other than your basic box, these will not work well for you because the sliding top will not grip the speaker well.Overall, I'm happy with these stands and they look nice in our living room/home theatre.

These are high quality stands
I love them. Tempered glass bottoms that reflect light well. Very stylish and matches any decor. Rubber feet on bottom prevent any resonance within stand. Rubber coupler as well. Tall enough to get over the top of your couch for surround speakers. Hides cables well. Very easy to assemble and the best stands I've used for quite some time. 5 stars all the way.

Great
Very sturdy and look expensive. Doesn't look out of place in a nice living room area. Does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Beautiful and Sturdy, but does not fit Sonos Play 3
Title says it all. So wish these fit the Sonos Play 3, because they're absolutely gorgeous and sturdy enough to support them. Unfortunately they aren't quite wide enough to fit the Play 3s in horizontal orientation and they're just a little too wide to fit them in the vertical one.

They're decent enough...
I'm kinda torn on these stands. Super easy to assemble and they have a clean look when paired with my Edifier 1280DBs, but I'm a little worried about the stability. First off, I wish the glass bottoms came with the rubber feet already attached. It can make a HUGE difference in stability if they're slightly uneven when sticking them on yourself. I stuck each one about an inch inward from the edge as per the instruction illustration but I wish I had put them more outward to lessen tipping risk if pressure is put on the edge of the tempered glass (I have pets).Aside from that, the top and bottom tubes connect with sort of a rubber stopper that you just jam between them and then push together, and there's quite a bit of wobbling from that middle joint. I don't think I'd use anything bigger than bookshelf speakers on these. Finally, I think the bottom hole that you thread cords through could be a bit bigger. It was QUITE the mission trying to fish the power plug to my speakers out. I couldn't thread it through the bottom while assembling because it's hard wired into my speaker. With that said, it took about 30 min to assemble both by myself. I also really liked the adjustable clamps on this model, and the clamping mechanism is sturdy. I have cats so my #1 concern was tipping over and, while I think they'd definitely come down if my cat jumped on top of them, a slight bump won't send the speaker flying off the top thanks to the clamp. The size of the platform is PERFECT for the Edifiers and I can fit all 4 feet of the speaker on them.I'll keep this solution for now until I probably upgrade my speakers altogether.

Looks nice! Sturdy
Fits great with my speaker! I have this in mu living room. Blends in. Easy to put together! Doesn't vibrate when playing loud music. And the base is heavy and stays balanced.
