This pillow works really well on my 13-hour international flight. I travel by air a lot and I have tried so many different kinds of pillows. None works as well as this one. It feels soft, supportive, with a piece of foam which can be removed (see included picture) to adjust the thickness behind your neck so it will provide just the right amount of support without pushing your head forward. This pillow makes seating in a coach class much more comfortable than without it or using regular pillows. I have quite a few memory foam pillows that I got from airport shops but none of them allow you to change its thickness.

This thing is so comfortable and supportive, I wore the last one out. Granted, took me years of using it every single night, but I finally enjoyed the old one to death and had to buy another. Would be impossible to overstate how comfortable I find this, or describe how perfectly it supports me when sleeping. Unable to lie flat, I must sleep somewhat upright in a recliner and this seems made for the job. I hope the company stays in business, but with the way these things last so long I am half afraid they will put themselves out of business with the quality of their product!

I really bought this pillow to travel with, just after getting home from a trip. But I found that it works perfectly for me while watching tv, or sitting in my recliner. So it never did get put away. Love that there is a removable section to keep from having your head pushed too far forward. My 6 year old grandson used it in his car seat, and also removed the section to make it feel just right. Thought I wasn't going to be able to get it back from him. hahaSuper soft memory foam, soft and comfortable, good buy.

I love this pillow. I took it on our recent family vacation as a passenger in the car (3000 miles) and it was a Godsend. It's lightweight, soft, and sturdy enough for neck support, but "cushy" enough for comfort. I don't find it too constraining or uncomfortable at all -- unlike some of the previous reviews. We've washed the cover a few times already with no problems -- easy to remove and replace, comes out soft and looks like new. Would be a good gift, too.
