I had zero expectations but this really does eliminate or drastically reduce any signs of a hangover. Cannot recommend enough if you are over 30 and would still like to consume more than a single drink without suffering.

I haven’t been taking it long. I wanted to take it along side the Methionine I ordered. I read that those work excellent together but Amazon never sent me the Methionine. But I have noticed that my nails grow really long while taking this supplement. They usually don’t. I will probably order another bottle after this and post another review. But I didn’t have any side effects or anything. I usually take it with breakfast with my other supplements.

I'm sure this is a perfectly fine product in terms of quality of ingredients, however I was rather disappointed when I received my order to find that several of the capsules had come apart, resulting in the rest of the capsules being covered in powder. I use a pill organizer because I travel a good bit and this meant that I couldn't put these in my organizer lest I wanted everything else to be covered in powder. This happens, I get it...but the real disappointment was due to the fact that I reached out to customer service about this issue only to get a cookie-cutter, seemingly AI generated response of "this is the first time we've heard of this but thanks for letting us know". I've been a Bluebonnet customer for quite some time now and the lack of willingness on customer service's part to make me feel like I was actually valued as a customer (I would have been happy with a simple apology on their part, which they didn't even offer), has proven to me that they apparently have plenty of other customers and have no interest in taking responsibility for even the occasional inferior product. Looks like I'll be moving back to the NOW brand for my L-Cysteine as well as the rest of my and my family's supplements. In the words of Bluebonnet's customer service...."if you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach back out"

This product has been so helpful in getting my nails to grow. My fingernails were weak, peeling and just wouldn't grow. My dermatologist office recommended trying this supplement. I have been taking one daily since January and my nails no longer peel, they have become stronger and they grow now. It didn't happen overnight, it took a few months, but there is such a remarkable difference.This product comes packaged well, has been delivered on time and I have no noticed no side effects.I have been very happy with this purchase.
