Fell in love with Ritter Sport during my military experience in Germany. The chocolate is fantastic and if your are a peppermint fan you can’t go wrong.

I've been a fan of Rittersport Peppermint candy bars since I discovered them in Germany in 1987. They are the best candy bars ever, bar none!! I don't recommend purchasing them during any moderate - hot seasons, as I live in Virginia, and got a box of melted bars once. They were still good, just strange looking!!

This Ritter bar, new, is unbeatable. What’s devastating is the condition of the product in the wrapper. I have gotten crumbled bars other times. These bars were apparently stored too hot, melting and deforming them, rendering the enclosed fondant dry and powdery. They are solidified now, but in that sad state, largely ruined. It is an issue in shipping, I am sure; the expiration date is six months in the future.

I liked the quick delivery and how well it was wrapped. The product had 1 month left on the sell by date so kit did not taste as fresh as it should do.
