Overall, I'm very pleased with this bed set. The blankets and pillows are nice and the wood is well painted and shipped well. I got the closet that matches and the biggest issue is getting the letter stickers off that were affixed to each piece for assembly. My other issue is that some of the holes to insert the dowels for the ball decorations on top of the headboard and footboard aren't deep enough and the balls sit up funny. The dowels to connect the top and bottom bends are a bit small, too, and fall out easily when you grab the top bunk. I just wish they fit a bit tighter so that the two beds would be attached a bit better.Otherwise, this is a nice bed that went together well. My 8 year old adores it!

I purchased this bunk bed as a gift for my 9-year old to use with her AG 18inch dolls. I was a but nervous about the purchase, because I was afraid I couldn't put it together myself. I worried for no reason! This is a well made product, with easy to follow instructions and pretty embellishments. My daughter helped with construction and it took us less than 30 minutes. The construction was so straightforward that it turned into a great mother-daughter project! She was so happy and the dolls fit nicely. The product contains the instruction sheet to create one bunk or two single beds, all the pieces (frames, headboards, foot boards, finials, Blankets, mattresses and pillows, PLUS a matching ladder) are included and clearly marked. Wow! Far Better than the expensive and flimsy AG options. Its so well made that my daughter will be able to pass it down to her daughter. Surpassed my expectations.

I bought 3. I only built 2 so far, one will be built at a later date. So far only 1 had instructions, 1 did not. The one without instructions came with a stained blanket and is lopsided and the legs are uneven, and has paint scratches on the one side. But it's a kids toy and she doesn't mind or even notice. The one that came with instructions is absolutely perfect. No stains and the legs are even. (You really don't even need the instructions, it's super simple to put together). Overall it's good quality. I bought 3 wardrobes too, so I'm eager to see how those are too! So far my girls love the beds! They fit their Bitty Baby dolls and their 18" American Girl dolls perfectly with some extra room!

I recently purchased two sets of the Emily Rose bunk beds and the round table with four chairs. They are adorable, sturdy, made of real wood and reasonably priced. Our 18” dolls are right at home now with their new furniture. I would give this company ten stars if I could - five for the quality of their product and five for their customer service. While assembling the beds, we found that one of the headboards had been mis-drilled. I immediately phoned and emailed the seller about the issue. She was most courteous and helpful and said that a replacement part would be sent. Two days later it is here and installed. Grateful for this kind of accountability. I’ll be a repeat customer

The beds came and I put them together in about 12 minutes, including unpacking. They are super cute and so easy to assemble. Just make sure you line up the screws before screwing in and you'll be fine.I'm not one for reading directions so I am not sure if they specify this but . . .if you look at the picture you will see the design on the beds is different. It is important that you put the like designs together to create each bunk as only one set of headboards has peg holes on each end - meaning it's the clearly the top bunk so you can put the decorative balls on top and peg it to the bottom bed. I didn't notice and was trying to make the sides match top to bottom and had to re-do it.Otherwise adorable and certainly as cute as AG's products. My daughter is going to love this for her AG dolls.

Just received & assembled this bed & really like it. It's well constructed and comes with everything you need. Love the floral design on the head & foot boards. This is a gift for my daughter's upcoming birthday & I know she will love it.The only thing that I was surprised by is that it didn't come with wood glue. The wood dowel pins that hold the decorative knobs in place & that also serve as the support for the bunk bed come out pretty easily. I anticipate at least a couple dowels &/or knobs being lost as the bed is played with so I will just buy some glue. Also, the mattress is on the thin side as is the bedding, but for the price I'm not complaining. I will also most likely paint the decorative knobs pink to give it yet another cute touch, which will coordinate with my daughter's own bed (I'm psycho like that ;)).Overall, very happy with my purchase.

I wanted to love these bunk beds, but even as my husband and I were putting them together, the wood was splitting when we put the screws in and it just felt really flimsy. Nothing matched up. It was a Christmas present for our granddaughter, so we carried on and wrapped it up. She loved them, but within a few weeks, the bottoms were falling out of the beds. We glued them but they didn't stay. Her mother ended up just throwing them out. Big disappointment for the money we paid.

I followed the instructions when putting the bed together and I didn't over tighten the screws. I did not have any issues as I have built many wood products and understand about tightening screws in wood. The plastic screws have to be adjusted a little for one of my metal screws to catch and tighten. The beds are cute just make sure to explain to the kids they can't lean on them as one of kids lean on the mattress and cracked the wood under the mattress pad. even with the crack I was able to put it back together because it didn't split in half. I was able to still lay the doll in the bed with no issues.
