VocoPro DA-1000 Pro Professional 3 Mic Digital Echo Mixer

This is the mixer to have if you enjoy Karaoke. You get quality sound with features I've not seen on mixers at this price point. I received my unit on time and boxed very well. There are separate EQ settings for the Mics and the music. Reverb, delay and echo settings are shared with all mics but you can turn it off individually. (no separate settings for each microphone). I don't hear any distortion with the vocal affects as I have heard on older models. Each "slider" has a very nice feel with resistance to movement. If you have done any live performances, you know that in a dimly lit sound room, this is a nice feature to have.. I have done a lot of sound work in my younger days and I can say this unit is just as good as the professional units I use to use. I also bought the VocoPro VF-3300 microphones which work very well with this unit. Between both units, I have rich, crisp and clean sound with enough controls to get it perfect, not just good. I am very pleased with this purchase.. I've noticed though there isn't a whole lot of headroom with this mixer.. Anything over +11db sounds distorted. If course that only means I need to keep the inputs down to peaking at or below 0, not +3 or +6 like I use to do. It's all good though, it does a fine job with no additional hiss other than from an open mic. (to be expected)

This product works just as expected. I have been using this for a year now and have not ran into any issues. It has all the basic functionality you need to get karaoke working at home. I needed this to hook up karaoke music from my computer and external microphone (GTD Audio G-622H 200 from Amazon) into this device to a surround sound receiver (Onkyo HT-S8409 7.1-Channel Network A/V Receiver).The sound quality is good, latency is super low which is why mixing using a computer is not an option for real karaoke. The light on the front bezel gives a cool/expensive look the product. The product only includes a single audio wire. You will likely need to purchase additional wires for your own setup.The price is a bit high but I guess that is normal since most consumers would never purchase this.

I'd been researching a new mixer for a while now that I've moved (due to a life transition and no longer had my big stereo system and previous karaoke setup.) I now have a Samsung TV and soundbar (with a modest subwoofer) and a laptop as my tools to work with. For simplicity, I had hoped to try a small full HDMI solution this time, but the product I tried first (Acesonic KM-201) was complete crap. Poor sound quality and a very noticeable vocal delay. I sent it back and did a bit more research. I chose the vocaPro because of positive reviews, relatively small form factor, and just the right amount of features. I am pleased to say it is performing perfectly and was a breeze to setup. I'm running HDMI from the laptop to the TV (but disabled HDMI audio in Windows to only using the video portion for the YouTube karaoke videos) I then run audio from the headphone out jack of the laptop to the VocaPro RCA input, and then another RCA cable to the auxiliary input on my soundbar. If anybody in indecisive as I was, rest assured this will work as advertised.

It totally SUCKS. It sound horrible. I run professional karaoke shows and this is the worse peice of equipment I have purchase in 15 years. I did not try it out right away and missed the return date by 5 days so now I'm out 130.00 dollars. The mics crack and pop and sould like they have bad cable but then I plug them into my amp and they sound great. Makes you wonder if any of their stuff works.

It works well with wired microphone. Unfortunately it was horrible when connected to my wireless microphone. It generates lots of really loud static noise.

I am very please with this item. It is easy to connect from computer to amp being all my karaoke songs are on my computer and I use my laptop and a flat screen tv and a amp. The mixer produces great mic sound for home use. I use it at my family reunion and it was a hit. I highly recommend this for light to medium use. Produces great sound and with individual mic control and seperate music and voice volumn knobs you can't beat it. The voice cancel don't work as good but overall very good unit for the price.

I was worry about buying the wrong product, but it was perfect for me!I use it for Karaoke, connect my laptop top to TV, and the sound to Vocal Pro, then connect the Vocal Pro to my stereo, I have a condenser mic and a dynamic mic, the condencer works way better.It was so easy to adjust the mics to get the professional sound.The Voice cancel button works great, I have MTVs that can choose left or right track, one with Oringinal singer one without , I just press voice cancel button to switch them to sing with or without the singer, without the button I with have to manually switch on my laptop so I love the button.Also the design is small and light, very good!I'm so glad I bought it!
