Delivered on time,pack in a keep cold package,3 packages one was open but intact and no leaks. I made some ackee and saltfish and the rinse amd soaking time quick to get excess salt out. Good amount ,meaty,fresh and taste great. No bones to pick out ,thick peices and overall great value for the money.

I lived in the Caribbean for many years and learned how to make a very special Jamaican dish with dried codfish. After moving back to Hawaii this last year, I found it hard to get good codfish online at a fair price. After several undesirable tries with other vendors, which Amazon made sure I was refunded for, I thought I would give these guys a chance. I was not disappointed in the least bit. My Caribbean dish was absolutely “spot on”. My only complaint is that the price is really high considering it comes from the same place that codfish was imported from while living in the Caribbean. Which we purchased there for 2 times less.
