Yummy green lentils from an excellent organic farm
Yummy green lentils! These don't break down like red lentils and are excellent for salads or soups where you want to have a little bite from the lentils. You could blend them, too, and I've done that in hummus in place of garbanzo beans for a change, or with an immersion blender in soup. However you eat them, these green lentils from Mulberry Lane Farm are yummy!

Turns Out I’m Not A Fan Of Lentils
These were recommended to me when I got a wild hair to incorporate lentils into my diet. There is no amount of seasoning that has made these appealing. The texture is difficult to warm up to as well. I’ve got a large bag of an item I just am not interested in. These are just not for me.
