Dr Nelson’s Improved Inhaler, Vocal Steamer White Small Size : 250ml

The price of this now is crazy - I bought mine a couple of years ago and it was about £20. No idea why it’s shot up in price because it’s incredibly simple and is nothing more than an earthenware ‘jug’ with a glass mouthpiece. Don’t get me wrong, it works brilliantly and helped my voice when I had some issues, and I continue to use it to help chesty coughs, colds etc. But for £80 you might as well put your head over a bowl of steaming water. Recommended - but only at a reasonable price.

I use this when I feel a sore throat or snivels coming on and so far it has worked as I am susceptible to them.Value for money I would say a bit steep for the size and I have the smaller version also it cools quickly quicker than my cup of tea.Very easy to use and sit quietly with for 10 minutes.Was wary of breaking the tube as its glass, dropped it on my marble counter ONCE but thankfully it didn't break so up out of reach of children.

Purchased for my granddaughter prior to her singing exam, it is good however be careful on occasion water spits out as you inhale. Overall it is good and looks great!

Unhappy at the moment as it was handed to me and I could hear broken glass, and sure enough the tube is broken..... so I need to get a refund...BUT I HAVE TO PAY THE POSTAGE......not a happy customer....

if you're looking at this, you'll know there are few substitutes and this is the best.
