Best Botanicals Black Walnut Hull Powder 16 oz.

I needed a new package of Black Walnut Hull Powder to make some ink. The previous package I purchased (used to color my soaps) got lost in my storage unit. I had to get more. It's a staple that lasts long and I can't do without. However, I have yet to use for health purposes. I'll give it a try, though. I purchase Best Botanicals for the quality and consistency in product.

I've been using this as a natural dewormer for my cats and it seems to be doing the trick. They went from lethargic to their usual high energy levels, from being too skinny to being normal size. I won't be giving it to them for more than 6 weeks though, as when you buy this in pill form it says not to take for more than 6 weeks. But in 6 months i will give to them for 6 weeks again. Please note that dogs and horses CANNOT have this. It's toxic to dogs and horses. They can have other natural dewormers. Always check the ASPCA's toxic plant list on their website for what each animal can and cant have. Be well, my friends.

I was disappointed with the amount sent. Not used to the metric system, so there was some confusion on the size of package.

I use it periodically it as ticture, along with warmwood and Clove capsules, based on Hulda Clark’s protocol. It does the job.

I don't understand the bad reviews. This stuff works great to dye your hair. I've been using it over a year now and it works great. You do have to rinse your hair with it three or four times. The more times, the darker your hair gets. Maybe the bad reviews just rinsed their hair just one time with it.

I have damaged hair from lots of coloring and heat use. I was so hoping this would be a natural way to color my hair to stop some of the damage. This product not only didn't cover any grays, it didn't even make my existing brown hair a bit darker! It was left in for a long time and then just rinsed out not even tinting the hair at all. It was a huge mess and was a waste of time and money. I was really super disappointed and would not recommend people waste their time or money using this product to color their hair...it doesn't work at all.
