I would highly recommend this product for helping to reduce anxiety. As others has said, it makes me sleep deeper rather than being a sleep aid- to help me fall asleep. This product works fast and my integrative health doc recommended it to me - i started off with a pill in the morning and one at night when anxiety was at its worse and now am taking one a day.

still wide awake
I have issues with insomnia and got this for this reason. I notice NO effect whatsoever. It's supposed to be milk related so have warm milk and honey if that's what works for you.

Didn't work for me
It didn't do a thing to help my insomnia (l-acethyl glutathione with cortisol lowering supplement did)., however my doctor did recommend I try it.
