I have POTS and need to increase my salt intake. I’ve tried another brand before that I loved but wanted to try out this one because the salt content was a bit higher. Unfortunately, every time I take one of the nutricost capsules, it doesn’t seem to want to stay in my stomach (and I’ve taken a lot of different pills, some of them much bigger than these) and I either feel like I’m getting indigestion and my stomach feels sick, or I throw up (and I don’t have a weak stomach and haven’t thrown up like this in over 5 years and that was only because I got a weird illness). I’m tired of losing fluid when I’m supposed to be getting hydrated with these as well as losing precious nutrients from the food I eat which I’m sad to say I don’t get to eat as much as I need due to missing hunger signals. I am very disappointed in this product that causes more harm than good.

Im still giving it a 5 star because it was a great package, came on time..... all that. But I drink so much water it unbelievable. I need to take these to help me on keto but I make sure I drink a bunch right before and right afterwards and I still get so sick. The first time I didnt know and I took two and... it was horrible but that was my fault. so I keep trying. I am going to try one more time but I dont know how people take these.
