The gloves give a very good support to the hands which then prevent the hands from getting blisters while lifting heavy weight. Quality of the product is nice. It fits properly.

The padding is at a wrong position which actually hurts your fingers when lifting heavy. The wrist support is too small and flimsy. However the fit is snug.Final verdict: Not good for heavy weightliftingEdit after 2 months : i regret buying this the wrist support is useless and detaches easily when you lift heavy.
