Metro 30

Un mois et demi pour recevoir le colis alors qu'il était censé être livré en quelques jours...Mais j'ai patienté car je voulais remplacer mon Karrimor Urban30 après une quinzaine d'années et que je ne trouvais aucun sac de cette dimension aussi léger, avec autant de poches et rangements pratiques et surtout une sangle pectorale réglable qui convienne aux femmes!Modèle quasi identique à celui que j'avais, si ce n'est que les petits "fils" pour ouvrir les tirettes semblent très fragiles et qu'il s'ouvre malheureusement moins grand, ce sera moins pratique.Le tissu n'est pas ultra résistant, en particulier dans le fond qui n'est pas doublé mais pour un usage occasionnel, il est parfait.Bémol : la couleur "Mûre de Boysen" qui semblait être un joli rouge cerise à l'écran tire plus sur le mauve...

Yes, this is my second Metro 30 as I have finally nearly worn out the first one. As a medium-sized female, it is comfortable to wear with the security of a waist strap and a chest strap. It is big enough to take food and clothing for an all-day hike in changeable weather and has come with me the length of the West Highland Way, the Anglesey Coast Path and St Cuthbert's Way as well as being an invaluable extra shopping bag. Amazing how much it will carry! Phone goes in front pocket; there are two side bottle pockets; the partitioned smaller part of the main bag has a fixed hook for key safety and the main compartment has a padded divider for laptop or tablet.The only downsides: it's not waterproof in a downpour, and it's all too easy to catch the fabric of the piece that covers the zip, in the zip itself. Especially if you are impatient and/or clumsy.However, it is one of the cheaper models on the market and is really good value for money.

I have a similar rucksack by karrimor in the smaller 20l size (which I've had for years & is still going strong), so was happy to find it in the 30l size. Perfect for a weekend away. I wanted one with a chest strap to take the weight off my shoulders. Boysenberry is a lovely colour too.

Love this bag. Love the colour inside and out. I'm going to be using it for day hikes and it looks like it will hold everything I need. The padded back bit is very comfy, the chest straps adjust up and down to suit the wearer and waist strap is great. Im really looking forward to using it.
