I purchased this chair mainly because of the feature of the arms raising. I play guitar and wanted a chair I could sit comfortably in front of my pc without the arms being in the way. This chair does that.I read the reviews and had low expectations regarding assembly, I should have set them lower. Normally when I see negative reviews regarding assembly I chalk it up to the people not being very handy themselves, but still take it into consideration. Usually my own experience confirms that, not in this case.With that being said, I was able to assemble most of the chair without any real issues. The bottom part is very quick and easy to assemble. Assembling the left arm was a struggle but managed to get it on with the only issue being the padding making it hard to line things up on the seat of the chair.The right arm was more than a struggle when trying to bolt it to the seat. I could get one bolt started but couldn't get the other one lined up to thread. I tried starting with the other bolt, but still couldn't get them lined up to thread the second one. This was due to the padding making it difficult to line things up. I had the same issue on the left side but managed to get them in but couldn't on the right.What I ended up doing was digging through my spare bolts and found a couple with the same threading. I had to hack saw the ends to make them shorter but about 1/4 inch longer than the ones provided and was finally able to get the right arm on.The chair once assembled was pretty much what I expected and functions how I hoped.

This chair is not adjustable. The armrests only tuck back like an airline armrest and the backrest is fixed in a partial reclining position which provides no support at all for good posture. This is no different from a cheap office chair and is not remotely worth 200$

To begin, I'm a 6'1" and 190 pounds. Great chair, it is very comfortable but not the most comfortable (8/10). The materials are nice quality (7/10), because of the price I was expecting very cheap materials, but this was not the case, it is synthetic leather so must take care of it and treat it like a lady. It fits perfect, the head rest is the right height (don't use the pillow, it is uncomfortable to my neck), fit my shoulders perfectly. Can work or game for hours on this chair, but after 3 or 4 hours I start to feel some discomfort on the buttocks, again not the best material and you should take a break after that long. The bad: it came with missing screws, so had to go to a local hardware store to get the equivalent or similar screws, I would suggest to plan for that if buying this chair, maybe it was because bought it used, but looks and feels new. I ordered one for me and after trying it for a month ordered one for my son (he loves it) but same story (missing screws) again maybe because I bought it both used, but you can't beat the price on that. Easy to assemble, you can do it yourself but a lot easier with an extra hand. Over all great chair, hope this helps.
