No added chemicals! Tastes great to me.
I buy this dry milk mainly for adding to homemade nonfat dairy yogurt for thickness, though I have also reconstituted and used it instead of buying fresh nonfat milk at all to make the yogurt, as well as for various baked items. It dissolves easily without containing chemicals to make it dissolve. It tastes much better than any I’ve tried from grocery store shelves and is a better value. Kept away from moisture and light, it keeps well for me.
