Puttu vessel broken at bottom
The media could not be loaded. Purchased on Dec 11 2022. Within 3months the Puttu vessel bottom got broken and steam leaking and not properly cooked.

Don't go for this
As you can already see other review where people complained about issues like welding quality and and some pink chemical sticking to puttu. I did the mistake of ignoring those reviews and taking the risk. I shouldn't have done that, it's better to spend some more and go for a quality product rather than this hazardous one.

Replacement required
Some nees to help me I requested for replacement due to defective received. But you says replacement had done on 3rd May 25. Still I am waiting for mybapt product. As a genuine custemer what I have to the next

Bad product
The media could not be loaded. The insides are not at all smoothened and i cut my finger while cleaning it. There is a black residue coming from the welded joint which is sticking on to our puttu as well.It also feels cheap as well.
