Yes, it will charge a unit with an EXV. But do not adjust the charge on an INVERTER unit (mini split). Inverter compressors must have the refrigerant weighed in per manufacturers specs. This is because they modulate the required subcooling and it is not a constant.

Yes, it calculates superheat and subcooling of both r22 and r410. It also performs duct sizing calculations plus much, much more
