Good product
Followed the instructions and the effect is good, clear liquid when applied and the water sits on top and not penetrating. Good product.

Easy to apply. No brush marks to be seen, goes on like water and when dry dies a good job of repelling water and stains. You vcan see water globules when it rains however this does lessen after time. Good product on exterior porcelain slabs.

Product worked well. Easy to apply and a little goes a long way. I used it before grouting and it made the cleaning down easier

Goes a long way.
Going by the area it will cover as stated on the bottle, I ordered 2 to seal my new porcelain patio. Using a foam pad I sealed the whole thing with just half a bottle. Water just sits on top of the tiles now, and it's much easier to hose away dirt.
