Good Sport is a refreshing and delicious sports drink that is perfect for those who lead active lifestyles and like to party. Not only does it provide hydration and energy for my workouts, but it also helps to alleviate the unpleasant symptoms of my hangovers. If you're looking for a drink that can do both, then Good Sport is the perfect choice for you.I work out a bunch but hate the taste of sugary sports drinks. Good Sport is bussin though on its tastes and not gross sugary feeling. Honestly though, 80% of my consumption of this is for hangovers. I sometimes drink like prohibition is coming tomorrow and let me tell you nothing on the market helps replenish me like Good Sport. If I am sober enough before bed to chug one I wake up feeling fine like nothing happened at all. If I am an idiot and wait until the next morning this is the first thing I am reaching for to help get my day back on track.

This is at least 3 times more hydrating than Gatorade, its refreshing, NOT as Sugary/too Sweet, and it's better than the packet fruit-Flavored electrolyte powder you may have tried in the past. It's not as salty as some alternatives.I've now tried fruit punch and Wild Berry, Happy To Say i prefer Wild Berry. I'm recommending this to my coworkers, so far I have another guy interested in it albeit at the cost of giving away a bottle I purchased, but he likes the taste and already I'm buying another dozen. I hope one day Good Sport will reach out to me give me some free bottles as I'm going to switch over to these for a hard day's work and work outs.

Better than soda

I was so looking forward these (I purchased all 4 flavors ). I really did want to love these so much. The initial taste was not bad but they all have a really bad after taste. I was upset because I needed to purchase a whole case of each flavor as this was the only option anywhere. I have been passing them around to friends and family to see if they like them so I can give them the remainder but nobody likes them due to the after taste. Truly disappointed.

I ordered the citrus but got the fruit punch. Oh well I wanted to try that one anyway. I like the taste, I can see how other's may not like it. Btw, BEST BUY isn't an expiration date. It's just saying that the product tastes better before x date. I like it and find it way better than other sports drinks. I have an issue with low sodium and electrolyte imbalances. This has helped me better than others. I haven't had to drink as much, while with Gatorade I've had to drink 2 liters with 4 scoops of Gatorade.

I bought the wild berry flavor. The flavor isn't bad, it is definitely less sweet than other drinks out there. I am not a fan of Prime, I like Gatorade and Body Armor has my primary choices and there are flavors there that I like better. This would probably be my third choice. My kids did not like it, but they like the more sweet drinks.

Solved the dehydration and cramping issues I was having recently at my weekly basketball game. I was cramping often in my calves. I drank one before basketball and one during the game and no cramps. In addition, the wild berry tastes good and isn’t too sweet. I haven’t tried the other flavors yet. Lastly, it also provides me nutrients I don’t really get with my limited milk intake. Checks all the boxes for me.

I started drinking Good Sport before and during my paddle matches. I definitely noticed a difference in how I felt during the matches and after I was done. I was less sluggish and had enough stamina to continue strong throughout 3 set matches! The best part for me is that it comes from milk and is natural. As a family, we try to stay away from drinks with chemicals and lot of sugars, so finding Good Sport was a game changer for us!
