This is absolutely delicious! Added my own seafood mix to it, then followed directions exactly. Came out amazing. Will definitely do again.

Great seasoning.

Dry Paella Stock, sold by Carmencita. Some complain about the cost, but this paella mix is different from all the others I've tried from Amazon (and I've tried most of them), and well justifies the cost. The difference is that this seasoning mix contains "seafood and fish extract, 30%". This gives your paella a true shellfish flavor even if you don't add any fish/shellfish to it. I make my paella with Andouille sausage (14 oz) and 2 tins of sardines always (and with HInode Black Rice, which I buy locally but it's available on Amazon as well--makes a *great* paella). Then I add shellfish flavor, either with this seasoning mix or by adding 6 oz. cans of crab meat, baby shrimp, and chopped clams. Yes, using the canned shellfish is better, but the mix is almost as good, and is very convenient. (I don't use fresh shellfish, which I'm sure would be even better, because they must be bought and used within a day of purchase, which isn't practical for me.) Well, the 3 cans of shellfish cost me over $8 locally. So if you subtract the $8 from the seasonings $13 total cost, that brings the net cost to $5, which is quite competitive with the other paella seasonings available.

Follow directions, get enough food for days. A little bland without some spice help.

Great Product

Not a bad item. I would be nice if you could get the frozen Paella. I had it once and it was better than the one you sent. But I will order again if i cannot find the frozen
