I've had this for about twenty months without issue - I work in my home shop quite often and love to have clean hands, I soon grew tired of opening up my cabinet with dirty hands to use a gallon jug of GOJO abrasive soap. This device has been absolutely perfect from day one, excellent addition to my shop, the soap amount adjustment is great, it allowed me to get the perfect amount of soap to use for a round of hand washing.The only time it has trouble is when I have exceedingly black greasy hands, but I also have a black countertop, I believe it has something to do with that, but I just twist to the back of my hand and it will dispense.

have had a couple of commercial soap dispensers, they all keep failing. This one feels more heavy duty. time will tell

I purchased two of these, one works fine, the other does not dispense soap, I pressed the button on the bottom as I did with the first one, the light blinks three times as the directions said it would, it does not dispense soap, the company replaced it with a new one, it is the same. I don't recommend this soap dispenser if you value your time in mounting it. I will be looking for a manual pump soap dispenser as I need four soap dispensers, I wish this country would make items like this, it would be worth twice the price to have things that work.

Like the option of keeping things hands free in my cleaning area. Great customer service experience as well..

Seems good quality. Easy installation. Has some left to it. Nice finish. Adjustments for dispensing is easy. Tile will tell for motor pump quality. The fill cover does somewhat get in the way when filling attached to wall. You will need to hold the cover open while pouring. Would be nice if it stayed up or came off all together or even opened to the sides. Just a thought for future redesign. 😉
