Manufacturer need to hire a Punjabi person to manufacture this Tandori spice. It does not have the quite Punjabi taste. The dry ginger is too much and gives it a sharp taste that takes over other flavors of the spices. It's hard on stomach too. I like Rani spices because she does not add salt, fillers or colors. Although Indian spices are nowdays are adultred with toxic colors and fillers and have been banned in some Asian countries. India has zero regulation on food safety. I hope you do your own testing as a seller to protect the health of your customers.

I love this flavor and can’t find the brand I’m used to. This is a decent replacement.

I love using spices and herbs in my cooking and this was a great addition to my growing stash. It was very spicy similar to cayenne pepper, but it did not stop me from using a generous amount in my cooking. It worked wonderfully in my butter chicken! I did not like the fact that it came in a plastic bag but I had the option of purchasing it in a more convenient package so that’s my fault. The price for the amount is very fair.

i wasn’t prepared for howspicy this was keep in mind if cooking for kids. its not unbearable but ifsomeone can’t handle heat this is will not be ok

-I am Punjabi and I have also worked at a Punjabi restaurant and have eaten Tandoori chicken all my life. This blend has too much ginger. It makes the flavor too sharp and it over takes the other spices. It needs to be fixed. Since you make spices from all regions of India, it is a good idea to use Punjabi Chefs or people to test their taste buds for a better experience. I hope you fix this soon.-For a long time I have not been able to find Butter Chicken masala under your brand. It is also one of the most popular Punjabi dishes. Please make it available soon. We like your brand and have ordered many other items.-I like the fact that Rani spices do not add fillers like salt to increase the weight of their product. We get to add the amount of salt to our taste.
