Great for indoor play
Perfect for any kid to play indoors with. The foam tires make it almost impossible to hurt anything or anyone. I like that it is rechargeable.

Lots of fun, but kind of fragile
Got these for a 6 year old and 9 year old for Christmas. They have had a lot of fun with them. They make them go and bounce them up and down by putting their hands under them. It's fun to mess with them for what they cost. They are somewhat easy to break though. They are just made out of basically a hard foam and if they get hit hard enough they crack. Two young boys proved they don't have the best durability ever. Nothing a little super glue can't fix so far, but there have been some incidents. With that said, they are still a lot of fun for what they cost. The kids have had a real good time with them. Hopefully they will last a little longer.

Chaotic fun.
This thing is a blast. It really is a crash and bash type of RC car, you aren't going to win any races with it. While the controls are simple, a stick to go forward and back, and another for turning left / right, they are extremely sensitive. Forward and back are fast, which is great. Turning is like do 360 spins in a tank, and it's super quick. My two nitpicks are this:- if the turning was reduced 50% while going forward or back it would help greatly. You can't drive this down a hall way and make a turn into a room without almost stopping because the turning is so quick.- if the car would turn itself off after 15-20 mins. My 4 year old son has a tendency to leave it on sometimes which ends up killing the battery. There is no light or indicator it is powered on (which I'm okay with). It's a great indoor toy for little kids. He's only 4, but he bashes and crashes it all around. It's super light weight and seems fairly durable.

This little thing really surprised me.
I got this for when I have young family visit. They want to play with my rc cars that they can't handle. This was perfect in do many ways. It is nearly impossible to get this thing stuck somewhere. It flips back to right side up no matter how it tumbles. It is so light and soft that it doesn't harm itself or other things. It is twitchy but proportional. I find it a great teaching tool for for kids that are graduating from mashing a direction and are learning the soft touch. You can do precise driving at slow speeds but just push it right out left a little too far and it just goes on to a fast spin. Also I really like that it floats in the pool while the batteries are still above water not matter how it goes in.

5-Year Old's Favorite!
I purchased two of these for my 5-year old grandsons. It was by far their favorite toy this Christmas.Note that the remote control doesn't include batteries and you'll need a small Phillips head screw driver to access the battery compartment. Other than that, the remote control is easy to work.As you might expect with young boys, they crashed the cars into everything, but the foam tires protected the furniture, walls, etc. The battery life seemed good and the fact that the car is rechargeable with the supplied charging cable is a selling point. I highly recommend this toy.

Very poor quality
If I could leave zero stars I would. The item was opened and charged. Once fully charged, my child went to use it and it took four tries of toggling the on/off switch for it to finally turn on. It worked for three more tries and has not worked since. Good idea, poor execution.

Purchased for a friend
I really can't evaluate this toy other than you say it was very light weight. I purchased it in behalf of a friend of mine which was starting with me all of November.. It was to be a Xmas gift for someone else she knew.

Better than expected!
Bought for an inquisitive 2-year-old...nothing but joy. The car is durable and does not damage furniture. The handset is small enough for little hands and big enough for adults!
