One thing good is that it is Dark Chocolate which is better for you they say. It is a real treat. One can make it both with water or milk. I use water and it is rich with just water. So I can imagine what it would be like made with milk.

For years, I drank milk chocolate flavored hot chocolate in the winter. Last year, I switched to Nestle's Dark Chocolate flavored hot chocolate mix, and have not been tempted by "regular" hot chocolate since. My preferred way to make a cup is to heat a cup of water in the microwave and then pour the contents of one pouch into the steaming water. A brisk stir, and it's ready for me to relax with. If there's a downside to the mix it's that the powder does not have unlimited shelf life. I find that the flavor changes after about a year, becoming somewhat bitter, although still drinkable. That just means I need to do a better job of drinking hot chocolate often.'
