I own a small smoker designed for tabletops and for drinks and cheese platters. I am limited with the use of that smoker to one drink at a time or a few cuts at a time when using the plate dome cover that came with it.This smoker box expands those limitations. Now I can do as much drinks that would fit in the box. I normally prep for two or four glasses for company and this has all the room i need.I also have used it for different kinds of cheeses to go on my wife's charcuterie board; big seller!Lastly, I also use this smoker box to add that smoke flavor to my surf & turf.So happy with this product. I recommend it!

I have not used this as a cocktail smoker yet, but I love how well it works for smoking meats. I have used it on beef, chicken and pork, with great results. You will need to buy a separate wood chip smoker, but the smoker box is well-designed to receive and hold the smoke as long as you want it to. The craftsmanship is high quality and there is a removeable tray that makes it easy to insert and remove the items you're smoking. I use this about every 6-8 weeks and recommend it with 5 Stars.

This is just enough wood chips to sample and find your favorite wood to smoke food on your grill.

It’s a cool looking box. The handles of the inside tray make it a pain to close though.
