I am an avid gardener, and bugs use me as an all-you-can-eat buffet. This hat gave me relief from bugs swarming around my face and helped keep the sun exposure limited too! Now I need a full body suit to match the hat. Very good quality materials for the hat and netting. I have an average size head and it fit me well. So worth the money and easy to use!

Instantly could tell this was a good quality product. I am ordering another one for me and another for my wife. She thinks it looks dumb but she’ll love it later 😅 this hat feels like it should have been more expensive. Happy with this purchase. Oh and no more gnats or mosquitoes in my eyes/face.

So it is not stylish, none of these hats are, but as someone living in Maine where we have black fly season right between mud season and 4 perfect days of spring this thing is a life saver when wanting to go out and talk a walk after a long winter of snow, ice and cold. I like how you can twist it back up into its carrying case. Great price for what it is.

Purchased for MT trip where mosquitoes are as big as your head (not really but they're pretty large.) Hat worked like a charm.

When buying a hat like this, there are 2 things you should think about (that I didnt before ordering)1) Can you see through the mesh?2) Is the mesh comfortable against your face?I appreciated getting this hat for these 2 reasons. The mesh is soft against my face (not scratchy) and the mesh protects against any and all bugs. Visibility is slightly reduced when you are wearing the hat (obviously - you have mesh in front of your face) but not bad at all. My mom did say that she couldn't see through the mesh when the sun was shining directly on the mesh so keep that in mind.I didn't know this as well but the top of the hat has mesh inside and vents around the top of the hat for ventilation which was also nice!All and all, I am very happy with the hat.

This hat fits great. It keeps the bugs out of my face while I am enjoying the outdoors. I recommend the color black because it is easier to see out of. My kids use it too!

I like EVERYTHING about this hat. I wear it outside for ALL my work; gardening, mowing, hauling, walking, because it PROTECTS me from ALL the very harsh elements living in the middle of the woods, near the river, lots of strong sun, and insects that are very aggressive and biting. I feel safer being outside with this hat on, using the net down or up. The hat is very light and flexible and washable. I'm so glad I ordered it and a good price for good quality. This hat makes my life in the middle of nowhere a little better and tolerable.

warms my heart to see those dumb bugs on the mesh instead of in my eyes, up my nose, in my ears and mouth. never have to worry about swattin them away from my face or bites on my face again.one drawback is visibility. the glare from sun makes it hard to see.a small price to pay. heck those bugs.
