Easy to activate

Don't purchase
I purchased this bc I needed to be able to type my papers for college. This laptop is so slow, and I got the pink so the keys are not lit up and makes it very hard to see. If I had it to do over I wouldn't have purchased this one.

SCAM!
Computer is a scam. They only put enough hardware in it to technically start up but you will not be able to do anything else with it.

Easiest Set-Up + Instant Connectivity= I'm in Love!!
After my last laptop bit the dust, and after that atrocious incident with the chromebook, I was still needing a laptop that I could use for personal needs (streaming videos, movie, and the like) after receiving this package in record time, I began and ended set-up in less than 10 minutes (would've been even shorter but I forgot my internet access codes). After set-up, I was able to stream videos, and see pictures in crystal clarity to where you can see the nuances and depth of shadow and light (which is a joy to behold)! Furthermore, the sound quality is crisp and clean, and even if the upload quality on a movie isn't great, the graphics do their best to clean it up to a decent view. I'm over the moon about this purchase!

This computer has no processing capability!
I literally can’t post to FB for my husbands business because the computer crashes and cannot handle a simple task to post to social media. So disappointed!

We got scammed, this has to be a poorly refurbished laptop. This is the SLOWEST computer I’ve ever dealt with. Crashing constantly, taking 10+ minutes to open the start menu. We are on hour #2 waiting on Microsoft edge to open up. This is absolutely insanely slow. Sending it back
