I just used this on my very first batch (ever) of Kim Chee.
It was great, I didn't have to break out my blender and then spend a bunch of time with its clean up. I did Diakon Radish, carrots, garlic, and ginger, then washed it. Super great!Cari

Nothing spectacular
I did not find this superior to other kinds. It's good, nothing different other than the fact that you can scrap veggies finer. That's the only option, though.
