HPPavilion 95W Intel CPU Heatsink Fan 644724-001

For whatever reason, I only expected to receive the fan. This item includes both the heatsink (including the putty that sits between the heatsink and the processor) and the fan. The heatsink fit my HP ENVY Phoenix 810-160 Desktop PC, and the fan works. Yay!

My last PC broke after the cpu fan went out. So I was pretty bummed when my current PC started displaying a no CPU fan detected warning. I really didn't want to have to buy another PC in this horror of a year, so I thought I would give changing the fan a try. This one matches the one in the PC. It was easy to install, and the new fan started running right away. And no cpu fan error when it booted up! This was the best decision. I am so happy with this fan and would definitely recommend it.

The fan fits my computer and works well. The assembly process was easy. And, this fan came with the heat transfer gel already in-place.

Had to return as it was way too loud.

This fit perfect and look like original. Old fan had worn out and really just needed the fan but this was a good price so I decided to replace fan and heatsink.

The seller was awesome. The sink was REALLY packaged well.The heatsink was placed in a plastic bag with a desicant inside and then wrapped up tightly.It was surrounded by large bubble wrap that filled the entire box.The packaged arrived on time and in perfect condition.I'm not a techy, or a mechanic, BUT...The old heatsink came out, and the new one was installed in under 5 minutes.The fan is completely silent too.Definitely will buy from this seller again when I buy a power supply unit.NOTE: This unit does NOT come with thermal paste.If you want assistance with the installation, HP offers a 'how-to" video for this heatsink on YouTube.

It works, but it legitimately sounds like a jet turbine. It is super loud.

Worked for replacement and it never over heated again
