The media could not be loaded. You order the size you would like and then in Messages center you are able to select colors and communicate with the seller. Seller sends pictures of the glass pieces and yo can letter know that you prefer more of some colors and less of others. Once that is confirmed they ship the glass and cage, chain and wiring. It does comes with light bulbs and the lights can go from warm yellow to cool white depending on your flick of the switch (you can move through the colors and set on one you like). NOTE: YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT WIRING AND HOW TO ASSEMBLE THIS. THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE PRETTY USELESS BT IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ELECTRICTY, YOU CAN DO THIS. I used the chain and wiring that was already installed with my contractor grade light. I just connect the cage to it and connected the wiring. Then, after testing to make sure the lights work, you slowly affix the glass and work your wa up the cage. Only 3 pieces of glass were broken when shipped. I used EVERY PIECE and the company sent over a dozen more. I used EVERY PIECE and was close but not finished. I sent pics tote company and they quickly sent more to me and I had them in about a week. Perhaps it’s not supposed to be as dense with glass as this, but you don’t want to see the cage through the hanging glass. Great project, incredible statement piece. My wife can’t wait to watch me clean it! We love it.

The chandelier always gets a great response. We love and our guest love it. We do not suggest a dimmer. we got some flashing lights, but the unit is so dense, you really don't need to dim the light.The glass is not as thick or durable as might think by the images. Makes since though when you consider that you will be putting up over 100 pieces. The paper work says they give you 10% extra. We had 120 pieces, 3 broken on arrival and one by me. Guess we had extra.I saw comments on how people put this up. One guy said he rented scaffolding to put it up. Thats what I did. The glass is thin and the ceiling is high. I had one person picking the pieces and 2 of us mounting the glass. Took about 7 hours from un boxing to done. Worth it though. It is a STUNNER no way around that.

This is a great looking chandelier but the actual light fixture is horrible! The 7 bulbs that came with the chandelier ALL blew out the first day we installed the fixture. The bulbs are held inside a very thin, long wire frame that extends through the center of all this glass. The company did respond and sent more bulbs but they are also blowing out, one by one. We're afraid to turn the chandelier on at this point, and are certainly afraid to leave it on for any length of time. Also, the online pictures of the chandelier are misleading -- the light bulbs are not a soft, warm light (see above pics) but instead are VERY bright, VERY white almost a neon white that is not what you would want in your cozy dining room or foyer. We're hoping a dimmer will help with the unpleasant, nearly blinding white light but we're quite disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience.Also need to know that it takes HOURS to install/build this chandelier. I spent > 8 hours on a ladder to build this fixture as it has around 150 pieces of very fragile glass. No problem except for the above information -- when the light bulbs start blowing out (btw, they smoke quite a bit when this happens!), think about how you are going to change these bulbs. !!! You'll have to remove dozens of the fragile glass pieces to get the blown bulb(s) out and replaced. We're wondering how to repackage this thing to return it.

I just finished assembling this chandelier and it’s even more beautiful than I anticipated. Don’t be fooled, it’s a long process to put something like this together, but it’s absolutely worth the time.Shipping was excellent and they include extra pieces to account for potential breakage.Customer service is also great. When I unpacked all of the pieces I realized that I didn’t have any purple glass, but it was listed and was in the seller’s photos. I messaged the seller and they shipped me all of the missing pieces and gave me tracking info right away. No questions asked, they simply corrected the problem and now I I have this gorgeous piece of functional art for my home. 10/10 experience.

The product is poor quality, we bought it thinking it would look great. I wouldn’t recommend .

This piece is absolutely amazing! Customer service was very responsive and helpful with an inquiry about tracking. Great support! Packaging was great. Of all these fragile pieces only 1 was damaged slightly and still useable.I had to add a ceiling light bracket to fit the junction box and used a Drexel tool to shave slots for screws in the supplied bracket for the added bracket. It requires some time to assemble, but it is well worth it! Great price for a great product.

It looks fabulous. The different shades of blue in the chandelier enhance the beauty of my dining area.Must buy to give a modern look to ur home.Happy we got this at amazon.
