Q: I was ready to buy until I saw "natural flavors" anyone haves clue what's in those? Looking for an answer from the vendor on this one please.

I believe the apple extract is the natural flavor among the aloe and other ingredients I have used this excellent product ech day for many years and have had very good results in its objectives "balances stomach acidity naturally" with excellent ingredients I take it each a.m on an EMPTY stomach as directed. MLG

Q: Does it work with lpr and thoart clearing??

It reduces stomach acid so I would think it would help lpr.

Q: Is it ok for a two year old?

I do not know but ask the company and or a holistic dr. If they give the go ahead perhaps they will suggest ONLY a a teaspoon MLG PS you could ask google "is aloe juice appropriate for a 2 year old"?
