Samsung Q800A Soundbar Speaker With Subwoofer (2021) - Cinematic 3.1.2 Channel Surround Sound System, Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, Alexa & Airplay Built In, Game Mode, 3D Adaptive Sound Q-Symphony

I've had this soundbar/sub combo for about a month now. It really is quite good. Turns on automatically and replaces the sound on my Philips TV using ARC, the normal TV and SKY remotes both adjust the soundbar volume automatically. The sound is great for normal TV but it really shines for movies and Dolby ATMOS content. Myself and my son watch films quite a bit and we normally listen at a volume of 30ish (which is still loud) ... it goes up to 100 so that shows how loud this thing actually is. I bought this to replace a SONY amp with 2 floor standing speakers and it's definitely comparable but with a fraction of the space, the sub provides deep crisp bass and the sound bar itself fills the rest of the room with the remaining sound. Well worth the money and am happy with this purchase. The app is basic but functional and the remote control is even more simple, not really an issue though as after the initial setup they aren't really used. The small display behind the grille show the current audio format and it fades away so it's not distracting when watching in the dark.

I wanted a soundbar to pair with my Samsung q80t TV. After a bit of research I chose this soundbar and I'm really glad I did. Set up was easy and using the e arc connection ment I didn't really have to do anything. The soundbar is of a premium build and the sub woofer provides some amazing base. It provides a real immersion when watching films and whilst I'm gaming. The adaptive sound mode was great and I didn't have to change it for my personal preferences I just switched to the game mode when gaming. The q symphony feature worked really well you just have to remember the setting to switch it on is in the TV menue and av source. Would highly recommend this system, well worth the excellent price. Most places were a £100-£200 more expensive.

Sounds great, no issues with lag or not hearing the speaking clearly thanks to onboard sensors that adjust accordingly. Pair this with the rear speakers and the dolby atmos is very good, really does fill the room and leaves you wanting more.Only problem I have it turns itself on when you don't want it to? Not got to the bottom of that yet

I bought this along with my new Samsung QE55QN94A which the salesman in Currys said the sound wasnt great although reviews in which said other wise, i previously had a wired surround system and wanted similar sound but less all the wires i previously had. it really was like a bowl of spaghetti at the back of my old TV, no more, wireless connection between the sub and the additional surround speakers i also bought, one ARC hi def 4k UHD HDMI to the TV and i was set, it works with the TV with Q symphony which basically uses the TV speakers and the bar as a united sound system and it works so well, even when you turn off the tv the sounder and all sub woofer and surround speaker also go into standby mode, it works so well as a simple unit, ive so far had no issues with connectivity and the woofer is never over the top booming out although you can adjust sub levels and surrounds specific to your own requirements, have to admit the TVs own speakers in my opinion are actually really good but this complete package of TV the sound bar and surround speakers make it even better.

The Samsung Q800A soundbar is very well constructed and has superb audio quality and is very easy to setup. Extra feature available if you have certain models of Samsung TV as it will use the TV speakers as well at the same time. Recommended for anyone who wants better audio from their flat screen TV.

I had this to replace an old soundbar that had grown old. This is connected to 65 inch Samsung Qled tv. The initial setup was extremely simple it basically does it itself the only thing I had to do was pair the sub woofer which is a five second push of pairing button on back of sub woofer. The sound is excellent with plenty of volume and bass. Overall very impressed.

bought new Samsung tv and was going to buy soundbar with it till realised last year's model which this item is does pretty well everything 2022 model does for £100 plus cheaper great item worth the search on amazon

I had an old Samsung sound bar that kept making popping sounds. time to upgrade.Bought this at reduced cost, what a difference, linked through my Samsung TV speakers (ARC) the sound quality is fantastic.I can also control the system with my iPhone.
