This worked wonders. My face and jawline are pronounced more. I have been getting dates like crazy now. More likely because of the confidence I feel about my face not being so round anymore but more square. Great product will repurchase once mine are worn out.

When these arrived I was a little lost for words. Not because the product didn't meet expectations but because I had absolutely no recollection of ordering them and had no idea what they were, it must have been one of those late night orders. Nevertheless as I struggle into middle age I liked the idea of getting rid of some of my extra chins if nothing else. I followed the advice and started with the blue one. The first attempt wasn't pretty or successful. I struggled to get the thing in my mouth correctly and groaned and dribbled like a nervous horse taking the bit. Once I had got it in I started to bite down, I managed only 2 or 3 bites before suddenly wretching violently. The device had some how tickled my gag reflex, I managed to not throw up my lunch by dribbled even more and spat the thing out. It was then that I realised my wife had watched the entire sorry affair. She calmly said "don't let me see you doing that again unless you never want us to have sex". A fair point I thought. So I took the device to the shower and it was there that 2 once warring factions found peace and harmony. Those factions being the device and my mouth. Within a short time I could do a decent jaw workout without any near regurgitation incidents, my jaw is getting stronger and my wife hasn't seen me doing it once. When using it I can't help but think these would have been great to hand out the wild club goers of 90s who used to be very keen and practising jaw grinding without anything to bite down on, they would have all had the best jawlines the human race has ever seen if they had been handed one of these on entry to the club.

Arrived in 2 days 👍🏼It does work your jaw for sure.I’m only using blue one and that’s enough after a minute of use I need to take a break.Hang it around your neck and use it when you feel like.Easy to clean, bite strips come off but very rarely. These click into the jaw exerciser and you also get spare pair strips if you happen to lose them.Overall great product- I bought it to just work muscles jaw joints for some tension relief.

Love the individual containers. Started with blue, I can already tell how beneficial this type of exercise will be! BUT... the clasp on the necklace is ridiculous, why cheap out on the clasp? The hole is almost too small to get the clasp pin through, and the clasp pin doesn't always slide back to the closed position. Not very useful, useless in fact, so don't count on using the necklace.
