Excellent quality,no reflux and well packaged

So this is a bit of a crowded market and the idea of these tablets is to get the goodness into you without any taste and so it's quite hard to make it a premium product - the only way you can differentiate is with good packaging or great ingredients.At the time of writing this Nuke Nutrition Omega 3 fish oils pack is not currently available on Amazon and so I can't factor the price into my review.This makes it very difficult to give this a review as in such a crowded market price is the most significant factor. You can get e.g. 180 capsules, 1000mg, with the same level of EPA (180mg) and DHA (120mg) for £9 on Amazon from a very quick search.That would mean these would have to come in under £3 per pack to be able to recommend them, which they weren't from memory.The soft gels are on the large side (standard for 1000mg) as expected. Plenty of expiry date left on the pack supplied (Jan 2026).I've tried other Nuke Nutrition tablets before and they've worked well. These also work well and contain a standard amount of the good stuff but without knowing the price I can't given them 5 stars on this occasion.It's 4 stars from me.

Everyone is aware of the benefits of fish oil but the main issue for taking it is the flavour as most people don't like the taste of fish oil. This is where capsules like this come in as they conceal the taste and are super convenient to take. Good size caps, no flavour, very easy to take. Very happy with them.Contains sustainable fish oil, which is a positive.

Omega 3 fish oil is renown for it's beneficial properties so this is one of the better types of supplement to take.Do note that while with any and all supplements it's no substitute for a proper diet... it is far, far better than nothing.No negative side effects noted, I've been using them for about 2 weeks now and the capsules are smooth and very easy to swallow.Packaging is unremarkable but it is resealable, which is nice and if it keeps costs down a bit, it's a plus.

I appreciate this Omega 3 Fish Oil Capsules offer excellent value with high strength 1000mg doses of DHA and EPA but I got disappointed as there is no where written whether this is not Vegan or Halal.I had to give it to my friend. My friend says they are easy to swallow and downside is a slight fishy aftertaste.

Sixty capsules will not last long, as you may need to take a few each day. As for these being high strength you can get others where the strength is at least twice as much. But it usually works out more cost effective to get the lower strength ones and take two than buy the less popular high strength ones and pay a lot more capsules. Fish oil is necessary, especially for those who do not eat much oily fish - pilchards, mackerel, sardines, pilchards, tuna, salmon, for the eyes,. brain, heart etc. Like all of such capsules these are very easy to swallow, with no taste.

Some foods are rich in this fatty acid but are usually accompanied by a strong taste which doesn’t appeal to everyone, so a capsule of this natural and essential fat source from Nuke Nutrition is a more palatable solution to include in the diet as when swallowed whole they are tasteless. 1 soft gel capsule from this brand gives you 180mg Eicosapentaenoic acid, 120mg Docosahexaenoic acid as well as a decent 5IU dose of Vitamin E. Take note that the ingredients are sourced from fish, so if you have a seafood allergy or are vegan, this product is not for you.A 2 month supply for £8 is not a bad price from a well-known brand in the UK. The size of the capsules are on the large size measuring 1” (25mm), but this is no different to any other brand.

Nuke Nutrition, I’ve ordered a few of their supplements and have become a fan, I’ve been taking omega 3 gels daily for nearly 20 years so I’m very familiar with it’s beneficial effects.The packet contains 60 gels providing a two month supply.The gels are on the larger size so some may find them hard to swallow and you do get the unpleasant fish burp some time after taking them.They are a really high dosage at 1000mg.The price is great for 60 gels, I mean I’ve bought cheaper but I’ve also paid a lot more for similar dosage and quantity and if you look at the dosage of the cheaper ones it’s not gonna be as high.These are not vegetarian or vegan friendly obviously as the omega 3 is sourced from fish.I think these are well worth the money, another Nuke Nutrition product I like!
