Q: How many in one packet?

1. Its better to buy in the Asian store. You pay $11 for 2 pack. The price I made was only for one. Too expensive for the price of one when you can get 2 for the same price in a store.

Q: Can this be used on fine thin hair thats breaking and have'nt been touched up in 4-5months?

If your hair is damaged already I wouldn't use this product. This is a great product but it's just like any other relaxer it does contain strong chemicals and I would be very cautious about using it on damaged hair

Q: is this relaxer premixed?

No it is not. You or your beautician will have to mix it but it is already pre-measured if that helps you.
