I have had this phone cover for years now. While on vacation this weekend, my phone slipped out of my hand on the balcony of our 16th floor hotel room. It slid under the railing and proceeded to tumble down (in what felt like slow motion) before meeting abruptly with concrete and bouncing once before coming to rest. I went downstairs to find it, already wondering what I was going to do without a phone on vacation and how I would be able to get a new one. When I reached the concrete below, to my amazement, the phone and case (not the holster, that was still on my belt) were separated by 3 feet but my phone was in perfect condition. No cracks, functioning perfectly (with no screen protector, mind you). The possibility that my phone was not completely shattered and dead had not even crossed my mind. I am so greatful for this case!!

I've now been buying and using this type of case for 3 phones and while just a little on the bulky side, they protect the phone very well and work great for the most part. Beware that the kickstand portion is EASILY broken. At this price, I buy two so when the first one breaks, I don't have to go searching/shopping for a new one that's potentially no longer available for my current phone.

They should make it out of hard PC instead of this spray on, rubberized crap that's not good for you. Does have a nice feel though 😆. My biggest gripes are the top and bottom of the phone aren't protected for some reason and the buttons and charge port shouldn't be exposed. Most of all, the kickstand is junk. Designed cheaply without care. Once clicked full into place, it's flimsy, extremely hard to close and you can immediately tell that it's going to break pretty near into the future. Update: not that I was hard on the phone before the useless Mongoora bike mount broke my camera image sensor, but it survived a few drops and had a thin profile. Original review was too harsh because of the flimsy kickstand mechanism and exposed top and bottom. I'd recommend this.

Good product

It may look somewhat clunky connected to my belt, but more more comfortable and secure than inside my pocket. This is my third case for my third cell phone.
