One reviewer wrote that these are not OEM parts. I'm not sure how they can even tell. The units I received look identical to the OEM units I took out of my dryer. There isn't a Samsung logo or anything else that would tell you for sure it is OEM. They did come in a plastic bag. So what? Doesn't prove anything one way or another. Regardless, the bottom line is these work great. If you're dryer is vibrating a lot or sounds like it has sneakers rolling around in it start with these parts. The only bad part is this is the most involved repair you will make on this dryer. It requires taking it down to the studs so to speak which is one reason I bought OEM instead of the many copycats out there. The first set of rollers lasted 11 years. Definitely doable just takes time. Well worth the money you save to do it yourself.EDIT: The dryer was quiet for about a week then the noise came back. I ended up replacing the blower wheel and that permanently fixed the issue. I do recall one of the old rollers being stuck and not spinning freely when I removed it so it's hard to say exactly which one was the cause or if both were. Knowing what I know now, I would suggest replacing both the drum rollers and blower wheel at the same time. They are both moving parts that wear out so you might as well just change them out while you have the dryer open, especially if your dryer is several years old as mine is. The cost of the parts is negligible compared to the time spent taking the dryer apart and putting it back together. Don't forget to vacuum all the lint out while you're at it.

Exactly as advertised and is working great, saved me a bundle.

I feel $12 for one roller is way too much when you can get all 4 rollers , the tightener , and the belt for $35.
