High-end
There are almost no customer reviews anywhere on the internet for this bike. Even though I didn't purchase through Amazon, I wanted to leave a breadcrumb for others considering this machine. It's incredibly comfortable, ifit is pretty good but I'm not sure I'll continue to pay for it. Even without streaming, this is a quality bike that will get daily use. The only complaint I have is that there is no phone or tablet holder, or any convenient way to attach one. The tablet it comes with cannot stream anything other than ifit, so if you want to watch any video content like Netflix you'll have to get creative or have a TV in the room.

Suck!
This machine doesn’t even have an on/off switch. You have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to start and then you have to wait for all the timely pain in the butt program to restart every time. IFit is a joke - unless you already have been working out it doesn’t even have a beginners program. The seat creaks every time you pedal and the water bottle holder is behind you…WTH? Who wants to turn around and have to crank their arm to reach the water bottle. No handles up front so your arms are just hanging. UGHGHH. I can’t give this bike a star but there wasn’t any other option but to give it a 1 star. Who ever designed this needs fired.

Bad Seat mount and you must have a subscription for the screen to be usable
The Recumbent Bike part is great for me, because I have lower back pain. The main problem I had with the bike was that the seat would slide to the left and right a slight amount. This sliding is because some Norditrack engineer thought of a really cool way to move the seat back and forth, but forgot to develop a way to fully lock the seat down in the tracks it slides on. This movement did not make the bike unusable, but it sure made it annoying. I did pay for assembly, and I checked the seat mounting was correct. The manual mode, as others have pointed out, is a joke. The text is too small and in manual mode your distance\time cannot be saved. Norditrack wants you to purchase the subscription. In fact all the screen is good for is the subscription content. You cannot watch anything else on it, you cant even connect to the speakers to play music. I did the trial of the subscription and the content is not for recumbent bikes, it is just rehashed content for their Studio bike line. You would not think that would be a concern, but when the video is telling you how to push on the pedals, when to stand up, how to ride this section, and stuff like that, you quickly realize that the content you just paid for was not tailored to your bike. The quality of everything, except the seat mounting, seems very good. The screen is a very nice touch screen, but useless unless you pay for the subscription. The fan is nice with several settings, but it is a little louder than it should be. There are buttons for volume and resistance below the screen, and also on the arms. The buttons on the arms will get pressed by accident, and are sort of in the way.I really wanted to like this bike, and I gave it a fair shot, but I cannot recommend it.

Hard to pedal….
This works as it should……. But It is much harder to pedal that expected. Using this in recovering from shoulder surgery. It works fine. But super hard for me to pedal. I thought I would gain strength and it wouldn’t matter. But, six months back into working legs out and still very hard. I saw this was an issue with others but thought since I work legs a lot, it would not bother me. But….. it’s a real workout for me to do 1/2 mile even on the lowest setting. If someone can tell me how to make it easier to pedal, I would be happy. As it is, it’s not yet part of my workout.

Where or who to contact for service on my new bike?
Do not know who to contact about a thumping sensation on the left pedal…….only had bike less than 2 months?

Doesn't come with anything.....
This is a great bike. It has a nice 'tv screen', easy to assemble, good performance but there are no built in exercises. You buy IFit or you get nothing. A few basic routines( hill climg, HIIT, etc) for a $1300 piece of equipment is not unreasonable. There are a few "free" routines that are carefully hidden down multiple steps of access, but no basic hill, interval etc. Their desire to sell $40 / month subscription overwhelms logic in business dealings. I like the bike; but dislike Ifit's approach and will never buy high end Ifit or Icon products again. How much am I paying for a screen and sotware that requires an additional $400 per year subscription?

Is great while it works....
It is a really nice bike overall, but the screen just randomly stopped working 2 weeks after getting it. The screen is just white and does not reset after being unplugged. We haven't moved it since and it's been in a climate controlled room. So the technology it's self is faulty

Not the iFIT that I was used to.
This is not my 1st NordicTrack bike as I previously owned a S22i and enjoyed using it with iFIT. Enjoyed that challenges and "ride alongs". Everything was seamless.Knee issues had me move from an upright to a recumbent bike. I was so looking forward to using my new bike with the iFIT program. You can only imagine my disappointment when upon signing on I soon discovered that there were NO riding programs in iFIT for recumbent bikes! And the programs for upright bikes just don't work for a recumbent and your stats make it look like you can never "keep up" with the leader. So now I just use it in manual mode and my 2 year extension of the iFIT program was a total waste of money! If I had know this before hand then I might have purchased a less expensive bike that didn't come with iFIT.
