Really good make it really cold in the room and better value of money

Really pleased with this product. It has a slick design and even looks better then some more expensive portable air cons. Tried on on a 24°c day and it definitely cooled the room down to the point it felt like walking into a fridge. The WiFi connection is handy and I find I use that more then the remote or even pressing the buttons on the air con itself. I always use the schedule feature on the app and it's really easy to program. Just a shame it can't be connected with alexa or Google. I also expected it to be much louder then it is from reading other people's reviews however it is not at all loud. With it being an aircon I expected it to sound a bit more disturbing but it just sounds like a fan and I can easily sleep with it on.The negatives:The pipe is not the longest and I find its not really suitable for many UK windows which are double glazing with a top opening. I just brought a vent tube (what they use for a kitchen extractor fan) and extended it. Cost me £5 from local electrical shop. I originally had it dangling out my window which worked absolutely fine however I have now made a cover for the window (see in picture). Anyone complaining about needing to have a pipe to the window doesn't understand the consent of an aircon.There was no heating function! Even though it was advertised having a heating function on the 9000btu model mine never had it. The seller has agreed to give me a partial refund so I'm satisfied with that as it isn't a major issue for me. The sleep mode could also do with some improvements as the lights are way to bright at night so when you go to sleep mode the lights go dimmer. Only problem is you have to manually enable sleep mode every night and it only works on the aircon cooling function. If you want the lights to be dimmed on the fan function think again (you can see on my phone I'm currently putting stuff on top of the LEDs on top to stop light showing at night). The aircon doesn't have a UK plug however the seller provides a decent adapter (not one of those cheap Chinese ones) so I don't understand why people are complaining in reviews about this as it doesn't affect the aircon at all. The last negative was that the aircon had tape on it, I'm not sure why but I'm guessing to protect the vents during transport. When j removed the tape it left a sticky residue on the aircon. I'm sure this could easily be removed with soapy water but it shouldn't need to be done to be honest.Overall I highly recommend this product and it's been one of my best buys this year. If it had heating function as advertised and sleep mode was improved I could probably ignore other nit picks and give 5 stars

Update: I have had this for a while now and can say it is still as good as it was at cooking the room down. The only negative I can find is that the “swing” function does nothing, it moves a single little plastic vertical slat that does nothing to redirect the air - other than that still a good purchase.It does what it’s supposed to do - it cools air and distributes it around the room. As with all these small portable units they make some noise - it can’t be avoided, think of having a fan and fridge in the room at the same time. I am very happy with the unit - very compact and the app works a treat! Would recommend.

Firstly, this does come with an EU plug - no issue as it has an adaptor included (and most people should know how to wire a British plug!) but it’s sizeable if you need to plug it in behind something.The smart features work great - a massive plus for something you only really wanna turn on a while before returning home (due to cost, or noise).My unit seems to be missing a few louvres to ‘swing’ the air - which is annoying, but at the same time not a huge issue. I may reach out to the company to see if there are spares for me to fit. Returning such a large item seems like effort.The only thing I’m not sure about is the dehumidifying function which doesn’t appear to function that well - but I shall need to investigate more, the guide seems to differ on using this mode.Overall, a cheap way to chill a normal bedroom sized area. I’m pretty happy. The wheels help a lot for storage.

I brought this air conditioner it worked well for a day absolutely brilliant went to turn on the next day went upstairs came back down after 5mins the fan was no longer spinning (see pic) the machine was overheating it was very hot to the touch good job I was at home and went downstairs when I did as it probably would have caught fire scary for something that can be activated remotely via WiFi. I wanted a replacement product from monzana in order to give a fair review but they couldn't arrange delivery within a week so I requested a full refund this is the first product I have ever returned to Amazon due to a dangerous and potentially deadly fault with the product be wary I will update once the company tells me what the fault is.Edit the company is difficult to deal with as they cannot understand what you are telling them I assume it's because it is a German company and they have to translate everything I asked them for another unit for free of charge to test (it would be returned after a week once the test had concluded) so I could carry out a fair review but they responded with we have given you a refund don't get me wrong the company is polite and responds (if a little slow) to all messages but my recommendation is to avoid this product.I have since brought another brand of Aircon which is similar to this one without WiFi though. I will update once new unit is tested then I'll list the Aircon as an alternative.

Got it yesterday, waited 12 hours as it says. Today 30 degrees outside and in my living room 19 degrees, nice and comfy. Sleep mode too noisy for me, but I really don’t like extreme heat more, anyway will see tonight. Generally air con noise, day time when tv on, not really bothering us. The rest works well and keeps us cool that’s what we wanted.

Did buy it for UK summer 🌞 but ya not much hot this year anyways it perfect for cooling big room, instantly cools down the room . Bit noisy for me.

We brought this to replace an "air cooler" that "sort of worked".It arrived about 3 days before the heatwave in the summer of 2021 and seemed to work well. The only real problem is finding somewhere for the vent to hang out of the window when you have top opening double glazing units (the ones that swing from the top) and have cats in the house who could jump up and out.
