I rated this 5 stars because the machine itself is wonderful. The instructions that come with it, however, are not so great.So, to help everyone else out, here are some things you might need to know:1. The optional carbon filteris also sold on Amazon. Search for the Mounto activated carbon filter. It says it is for their 500cfm unit, but it works perfectly for this unit too.2. The instruction manual says this unit has a pre pad filter, it does not.3. The instruction manual says this is a 3/4 Hp fan, the online description says 1 Hp. I have no idea which is correct.As others have said, this machine is a beast. It is quite large - think dishwasher on wheels with a handle. It's not quite that large, but close. It was actually lighter than I would have thought for it's size and easy to maneuver. It is much louder than a home air purifier, but not horrible. I am using mine in my basement to recover from water damage, and I can't even hear it from the other floors. The reasonable cost is what sold me on this unit. To rent 1000cfm worth of air scrubbers locally would have required two 500cfm units at a cost of over $700 per week. I am excited to see how well this cleans mold spores and removes the musty odor from my air. So far, I have been impressed.

Easy to use and move.Works as described, only thing, pre filter is an odd size, 15 3/4 x 15 3/4Not easy to find at local hardware store

What a Wonderful BEAST this is!! lol It's a bit LARGER in person than the Tape Measure showed me when ordering. But, it's lighter than it looks and easy to lift or roll around.It has a Toggle Switch for Low or High speeds and center position is OFF. There is a Breaker Reset button real close to the Power Toggle Switch and I've accidentally hit it a few times now. I ran it on LOW for 24 hours and then Ran it on High for 24 hours while being being on hand in case there were any issues. NONE, ZERO, it's been running GREAT.Is it loud...YES...but that's OK with me. I've been running smaller Air Filter/Purifiers in every room of the Condo since there is always a ton of dust in here without them. Got this to see if it would help out.The Verdict...It certainly does!!! I have it out in the Living Room and it works like White Noise for me at night when sleep. During the Day I barely hear it in the back rooms of the Condo where I spend most of my time when home.Had this not been recommended/offered to me by Amazon I would not have ever thought to get one of these. I'm OVER THE MOON happy with the WONDERFUL breeze this makes through out the Condo and just how much LESS Dust there is on the counters now.It's not just for Commercial Use, it's fantastic in my Home.P.S. There "was" a slight PLASTIC smell in the air it was blowing the first two days, it's completely gone now. And I always remember what a Chimney Sweep I once worked for when I was growing up told me, "No Air Filter is working at 100% until it's 50% Dirty!!" ROFL

It extracts the smell and fumes better and faster than the 16inch blowers we usually use. Highly recommend, great company have bought many machines from them. Top notch customer service!

My first one arrived with a hole in the side where the axle goes through was busted out. You can not pull it across carpet. They sent me another one and when I opened it it had the same problem same side. Very poor quality.

Day one running at 500CFM and lots of cleaning kicking up dust and the Mounto AF1000 did great. Even when guys were using WD-40 around the shop and other tasks that generally leave foul odors lingering the air scrubber kept up with what we were doing and left the air smelling fresher than what we've grown used to.Ours came in Red (not sure if this is a newer model) and the Mounto sticker was upsided down but otherwise it looks as advertised.

May be to big for some uses but definitely moves some air and with the right filters cleans and takes odor away fast.

I use it after I apply a coat of mud or spray knock down texture and it gets everything bone dry overnight. Also cleans the air when we are spraying water based enamel.
