BEST TEA FOR THE LUNGSHad a chest infection, dragged on for months and this tea is sorting out my lungs in a matter of days. Incredible and it tastes good too, I don't even have to add honey. Highly recommend, I have already bought two more bags for friends and I will be buying more. I seen in the reviews that some teas have sticks etc. this does not, it is all tea, yes there is a bit of dust at the bottom but that is normal. It is ORGANIC, I would not buy otherwise, and good value. Arrived the next day. One of my best discoveries.

Great for lungs and coughs

This is very drinkable, i put a squeeze of lemon in and i was pleasantly surprised at how refreshing it is.I cannot comment on the health benefits yet as i am new to this tea.

I've never had Mullein leaf tea, etc, before. Smoking anything isn't 100% healthy, but needs must, and I'm glad to have tried this Mullein leaf as a healthier alternative to tobacco and vaping, too, due to its medicinal properties.I found that this Mullein leaf is easy and more pleasant for me to smoke. It's a thick, soft, white fuzzy hairy velvety plant, the hairs of it are a bit longer on the stem/ flower part of the plant than on the leaves (I've found the odd few hairs from them in this). Dried, it feels spongy or hard/crunchy. It smokes smoothly, I’ve not made tea out of it, so I can not comment about that. When smoked, it doesn't really have any strong pungent herby flavour, and the odar isn't bad either. It's much more mild and pleasant than smoking a cigarette.I've only ordered one 50g pack of this Mullein leaf. So far, it appears to be value due to its current £7.99 price tag. I checked out the production company Herba Organica online, and it seems legit. However, the only issue that I have is that the title of the company gave me the impression that this Mullein leaf is organic, but there's no mention in advertisement or proof of this. It definitely appears quite raw and natural, but I was disappointed that it's not organic. Which leads to the next issue. It has many strands of leaf veins, stems, and the odd bit of twigs, in it although they're small, I don't like them, so I find myself taking time to pick those bits out. I wish it was better quality, cleaner (just pure Mullein leaf no other parts of the plant, etc), and that it was organic, too.Overall, Mullein leaf has various health benefits; it's a detox cleanser for the lungs, even when it's smoked being as it doesn't produce tar and carbon monoxide, and it's not additive either. I've been smoking it for a couple of weeks now without any other issues, it's currently the only Mullein leaf that I can recommend at the moment for it's value, but if you want better quality then I recommend you spend more for it, like I shall be doing in future to have a comparison to this natural value one.

I like this tea. I usually add a slice of lmen and a bit of grated ginger, but that's just my thing. I like it on its own too.
