Great solution, sturdy steel
I wanted a solution for trash in our house as I was tired of hanging grocery bags on door knobs and I just could never see spending $80 or more on a darned trash can. I don't need my trash to be displayed like a work of art or designer furniture. The less I have to look at it the better. I also don't want a massive trash can because, with recycling, the amount of actual garbage has gone way down and so a big can trash would sit in the house and stink for days. I think this stainless steel bag holder is a great solution and I'm going to buy some more. We also got a can crusher with container attachment from Amazon, and between these and a simple cardboard box for rinsed plastics and clean paper products, it has really solved the trash problem and has done so for far less then the price of a decent trash can. There is a cheaper version bag holder but it's not that much cheaper and isn't stainless steel. It makes so much sense when you're dealing with something that's going to have trash around it and be near a sink, as ours is on our under-sink cabinet, to get something that doesn't have some kind of coating that may lift and flake off, leading to rust. All that you can see of this from outside of my kitchen cabinet is a little silver rectangle on the top of the cabinet door, and as it's stainless it should never get nasty.I use grocery bags as trash bags and they fit perfectly. We can't put them in our recycling here and I have read that these grocery stores where you can supposedly drop them off to recycle often just throw them in the garbage. I have also heard that directly from people who work in the grocery stores and the big stores that sell a variety of things that offer plastic bag recycling. The grocery bags or other bags that size are suitable for the amount of trash we generate. This way when I'm in my kitchen and doing something that creates non-recyclable trash I can just throw it right in there and it doesn't take too long to fill up so it can go right out to the outside can and doesn't sit in the house stinking now that so much "trash" is actually recycling. We have made a real effort to really focus on recycling and reducing the amount of waste we generate and the amount of harmful products we use. I have to admit I'm not delighted by grocery store bags from an environmental standpoint. As I build-up a supply of reusable bags I may switch to looking into some sort of biodegradable environmentally friendly substitute for the grocery bags. But I do think this holder and the bags that fit in it nicely are the right size to work well for how we produce waste. In my efforts to refine this whole process I also got the one can crusher from Amazon that has a container that attaches to it, and between that and recycling paper/plastic using a cardboard box in the cupboard, this is exactly the right size for our 3 person and multi pet family. It's really nice not to have waste sitting out visibly. It's also really nice not to have to pay over $100 for a decent looking trash can. The can crusher wasn't cheap but if we run our own crushed cans to the recycling center a few times and cash them out it'll pay for everything. Even if not, the can crusher with the container add-on and this bag holder together are still far cheaper than any decent trash can.I like this solution so much that I'm going to get similar bag holders for each of our 3 bathrooms and them going to order this model again because as I said the stainless steel is worth the few extra dollars that you might pay. If you've ever seen one of the coated metal products after a couple of years when the humidity and spills have gotten to it over time and seen the way the coating can kind of bubble up and peel off it's just nasty and it's just so much better to go with stainless. This really is such a simple cheap solution to managing trash portion of household waste. I can see there could be other uses for this. You could hang any kind of bag with handles or with clips under a sink, so if you wanted to have easy access to something like cotton balls or a cosmetics bag. Or maybe if you wanted a bag of dog treats or something to be easy to access. You could also use it to hold a bag full of bags, although there are other solutions for that.

Ideal for compost
With the city's food waste separation requirements, this bag holder has been very handy. I hang it inside my main trash can with a compost bag attached. It works well overall, though it does jiggle a bit. An adjustable attachment design could improve its stability.

Simple things are sometimes the best!
This is the easiest little trash bag holder I've ever had. I just put it over the cabinet door under the sink and it was ready to use. No screws or putting together required. My other little device to hold a trash bag was more complicated, would get dirty and was hard to clean. Not this device. I wrapped my trash bag around it and was in business. I live in the Florida Keys where it's impossible to keep every bug out of the house, so I take the kitchen trash out daily. Great price, and even if it eventually rusts, as all metal does down here, it's a great little device.

Exactly what I Needed!
I love this! I’ve had a similar item that works like this. But I threw it away. When I moved I saw the need a for another one. It hooks onto my drawer with no problem and it is so handy. I have a specific counter in my home where I prepare food and such. I hooked this on the drawer and have a handy garbage bag right where I need it! Then I just take it off, tie it up and throw it in the big trash can. I LOVE this thing! It’s also gives you something to do with the multitude of shopping bags that we accumulate!

Great for use in our RV
I bought this for use in our RV. We use small plastic grocery bags for our trash and recycling. This bag holder will allow us to have a convenient place to hang these bags without interfering with the cabinets. It’s lightweight but sturdy metal and will be easy to wipe clean. I’m very happy to have found this solution to our problem.

May not fit INSIDE of sink door.
While this looks to be solidly built and well designed, I am going to be returning it. Unfortunately, it does not fit inside my kitchen sink. It sits too high and butts up against the bottom of the sink pans. It did, though, fit snuggly on the top of my cabinet door. I only wish it would not have been as deep as it is.

Works well under bathroom cabinet
We don't have a lot of floor room in our bathroom so this was the perfect solution to hold our trash under the bathroom cabinet. I bought one years ago that still works great, and I just bought a second one. Now, I've heard that even though it's thin, it might misalign your cabinet doors over a long period of time. It's been a couple of years for me with no issue but that's just something to keep in mind.
